1. Who processes the data

2. What we collect

Only what a request needs: name, phone or Telegram, company and city (if given), screen and machine parameters, comment, photos and drawings you attach, the site language and the page the request was sent from.

Customers have no accounts or passwords. The IP address is used only to protect the form from abuse (rate limiting) and is not stored with the request.

3. Why

To answer your request, calculate the price and agree on delivery. There are no other purposes.

4. Storage and access

Requests and files are kept on a protected server. Only signed-in staff have access. The new-request notification in the staff chat contains only the request number and a link to the closed admin panel.

The technical part of a request (machine model, sizes, photos) may be passed to the manufacturing factory for pricing. Contact details are not passed on without need. We do not sell data.

5. Retention

Data is kept no longer than needed to handle the request and the follow-up work with you, then deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent by writing to [email protected].

7. Cookies and third parties

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Only your language choice is remembered. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form from bots and processes technical browser data.
